Federal judge denies McPhee's allegations

A November 15 hearing by U.S. District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel found that allegations brought forth by Fallbrook Public Utility District board member Archie McPhee had no factual basis.

“There was no objection brought up by McPhee that was validated by the judge,” said FPUD general manager Brian Brady.
