Foster horses benefit from event

BONSALL – Over 35 people attended the Winter Hay Benefit sponsored by House to Home Foundation at Horse Spirit Ranch in Bonsall on Nov. 9. Organizers said everyone enjoyed seeing the horses, and having a nice Italian lunch catered by Brothers Bistro in Fallbrook.

Lynne Hayes, the owner of Horse Spirit Ranch, said she was touched by the generosity of donors who contributed close to $3,000 through the clinic, silent auction, raffles and gifts. This money will be spent for the horses that are being fostered or placed for adoption. Sponsors also came forward to provide monthly care.
