Senior Softball League opens signups

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Senior Softball League is now accepting new players for the winter season which will begin on Jan. 6, 2014.

Adults age 50 and over are encouraged to participate in games that are played at 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, with each team having two games per week.

Games are played at Ingold Sports Park, 2551 Olive Hill Road, in Fallbrook. League fee ($70) includes shirt and hat.

There will be open practices for current players as well as others wanting to keep their muscles in shape. The dates for the practices are: Dec. 10, and 12 from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
