RIVERSIDE - A Moreno Valley man who posed as a booking agent for rapper Lil' Wayne, and defrauded multiple victims seeking to secure the artist for shows in the U.S. and Canada, faces more than 20 years in federal prison when he is sentenced inthree months.
Nicholaus Saint James, 30, is slated to be sentenced March 7 by U.S. District Judge Justin Quackenbush in Riverside.
James was convicted Thursday on six counts of wire fraud for taking nearly $160,000 from people who paid for performances featuring Wayne, shows that never happened.
