CWA treated water rates to rise 3.5 percent - 2.6 percent increase for untreated water

The water rates the San Diego County Water Authority (CWA) charges its member agencies will increase in calendar year 2014 by an average of 3.5 percent for treated water and 2.6 percent for untreated water.

The CWA approved its 2014 rates and charges on June 27 along with each agency’s share of pro-rata assessments for charges other than water purchases.
