The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 Dec. 3 to approve a fee structure which will cover the county’s costs of inspection and plan review services for new buildings under the jurisdiction of the San Diego County Regional Fire Authority (SDCRFA).
“It’s a reasonable fee that will basically provide recovery of costs for certain functions that we perform,” said county fire marshal Gregory Schreiner.
