What is Duncan Hunter doing?

I’m not exactly sure what Duncan Hunter is doing in Congress, or even why he’s there. I know he is handsome and has a nice, deep voice, but other than that, I don’t get it.

Consider his latest comments about potentially using tactical nuclear weapons against Iran, though they shouldn’t really surprise anyone. Whenever he does have a comment about anything, it’s usually something like this: “More guns; more ammo; more big, scary weapons.” If some general said we needed a million more napkin rings or the terrorists win, Mr. Hunter would be leading the charge to get those napkin rings.
