Puppies Found on Freeway

TEMECULA - A puppy struck by a passing vehicle, along with two uninjured ones, were found on southbound Interstate 215 in Temecula today, a California Highway Patrol dispatcher said.

Dispatchers received got a 2:04 p.m. call about the puppies in the slow lane of the freeway, north of Fourth Street, and an officer was sent to check it out....
