FALLBROOK – Twenty-five low income Fallbrook seniors will benefit from a recent grant from Legacy Endowment Community Foundation to the Foundation for Senior Care.
“Thanks to $6,000 from our community foundation, we will be able to supply 25 low income seniors with Life Alert buttons for one year,” said Dotty Metcalf, executive director of the Foundation for Senior Care. Legacy was able to fund the program through a grant from the Elisabeth Wilson Endowment, designated to benefit programs for senior citizens and disabled individuals in San Diego’s North County.
