NCFPD renews Main Ave. lease

North County Fire Protection District (NCFPD) will keep its administrative headquarters at 330 Main Ave. in Fallbrook for another five years.

A 4-0 NCFPD board vote Dec. 10, with Paul Schaden absent, approved a five-year renewal of the lease agreement. The new lease will expire on Dec. 31, 2018.

“I just think it does provide a good central location for the citizens,” said NCFPD deputy fire chief Ed Sprague.
