The Dec. 3 meeting of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors included a 5-0 vote to approve midyear budget adjustments based on fund balances for the first quarter of fiscal year 2013-14 and revenue received since the 2013-14 budget was approved. The changes included appropriating an additional $43,628 for Don Dussault Park based on available Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) income.
“This is great news for Don Dussault Park. The $43,628 in CDBG funding will mean improvements to the playground and new equipment,” said Supervisor Bill Horn.
