FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Union Elementary School District Superintendent Candy Singh presented Chris Grace and Memo Acevedo as Employees of the Month to the Rotary Club of Fallbrook at their weekly Thursday meeting.
Superintendent Singh said of Grace, “He goes out of his way as a member of the technology team to help. He has the ability to calm the stressed and provide help and guidance to educate staff. Chris has a genuine interest in helping students succeed and understands his role in making this happen.”
Of Acevedo, Superintendent Singh said, “Memo’s students are in the top two percent of students district-wide in terms of academic growth and achievement. This is the result of his ability to helps students look to the future, see their potential, and dream big. He helps his students overcome the challenges of poverty, family, and social circumstances to excel in school.”
The Employee of the Month program is part of the ongoing effort by Fallbrook Rotary to achieve, maintain and reward excellence in the employees of the Fallbrook school system.
