Marines and their families were treated to a family Christmas dinner, gifts, and Santa Claus by St. Vincent De Paul and St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Community on Dec. 10.
FALLBROOK – St. Vincent De Paul and St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Community put on an Adopt-A-Marine Family Christmas dinner which was held on Dec. 10 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church’s parish hall.
The event was to honor some of the local Marines and their families for their service to the United States of America.
The families were presented with dinner and gifts and the highlight of the evening was when Santa Claus showed up with gifts for the children. Participants said they had a wonderful time. St. Vincent De Paul stated it is planning to make this an annual event.
