Senior Challenge Cribbage begins new season

FALLBROOK – The next match in the Senior Challenge Cribbage series will be at 12:15 p.m. on Jan. 23 at the Vista Elks Lodge, 1947 E. Vista Way. Lunch begins at 11 a.m.

The Fallbrook Senior Center Cribbage team won the November Senior Challenge match. The team had 66 wins to Oceanside’s 60 wins in the 35-player tournament.

The top three players each had six wins without a skunk. Beth Fleischer took first place because she had the biggest winning margin. Five points behind her was Bill McGinness with Fallbrook’s Ray Potwora in third, 14 points below McGuinness..
