Busby to speak to Democratic Club

FALLBROOK - The Fallbrook Democratic Club will meet Feb. 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hilltop Center, 331 E Elder Street, Fallbrook.

Guest speaker for the meeting will be Francine Busby, chair of San Diego County Democratic Party’s Central Committee. Busby has distinguished herself as a strong advocate for women and girls, public education, and equal opportunity for all Americans.

She is the executive director of Run Women Run, a non-profit organization dedicated to electing pro-choice women. Since 2004, she has been in the forefront of the dynamic growth of the San Diego County Democratic Party as a candidate, mentor, volunteer, North Area vice-chair, and fund raiser. She will discuss San Diego politics and policy.
