Equity Management adds Peppertree Park community association to client base

FALLBROOK - Equity Management, an Associa company, announced Jan. 16 that it has welcomed Peppertree Park into its already expansive Riverside and San Diego community association management client base.

Equity Management will provide full service, professional community management, including financial, communications, record-keeping, and administrative services.

Peppertree Park is an established, upscale-neighborhood conveniently located in the heart of Fallbrook. The gated, tree-lined community is comprised of 214 single-family homes with lot sizes ranging from 10,000 sq. ft. to 41,000 sq. ft. At the center of this community is a manicured six-acre park complete with expansive walking trails, sports courts, grass areas, children’s playground area, and picnic area with locations for grilling.
