OCEANSIDE - The North County Film Club is pleased to present the 2013 film “Fruitvale Station.” The film is based on a true story about a 22-year old San Francisco resident whose encounter with police officers at the BART station would shake the Bay area to its very core and cause the entire nation to be witness to the story of Oscar Grant.
