Riggs wins tennis tournament

FALLBROOK – The smile on Charity Riggs face says it all. Charity won first place in the North County Tennis Patrons Tennis Tournament held in Vista. This was her second tournament in the girls 14 and under division. Charity attends Potter Junior High School and is quite active in many local events in Fallbrook.
