MURRIETA - A Temecula man accused of leveling a shotgun at a 7- year-old when she came to his door selling Girl Scout cookies was charged today with assault with a deadly weapon.
John Michael Dodrill, 59, was arrested Sunday and is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail at the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta.
Dodrill pleaded not guilty to the felony count when arraigned this afternoon by Riverside County Superior Court Judge Timothy Freer, who set a Feb. 14 felony settlement conference.
