Free Healthy Living Series starts on Feb. 21

FALLBROOK – Healthy Adventures Foundation and Fallbrook Community Center offer another Healthy Living fun and educational class for the whole family. All families in Fallbrook, Bonsall and Rainbow are welcome.

On Friday, Feb. 21, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. chef Greg Mantuano will demonstrate how to integrate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into a family’s diet, in a way that is tasty and doesn’t leave one feeling deprived of the foods they want!
