Hemet murder victim identified as 22-year-old man

HEMET - A murder victim who suffered traumatic injuries has been identified as Jorge Luise Cifuentes, authorities said today.

The body of Cifuentes, 22, was discovered around 3:05 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Soboba Road and Chabella Drive in Hemet, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Jeff Buompensiero said.

The case is being investigated by detectives from the Sheriff's Central Homicide Unit and Hemet station.
