McManigle replaces Griffiths as North County JPA alternate

George McManigle has replaced Jack Griffiths as the Rainbow Municipal Water District alternate on the North County Joint Powers Authority board.

Rainbow’s Jan. 28 board meeting included a 4-0 vote, with McManigle abstaining, to name McManigle as the new alternate director.
