FALLBROOK – Classical guitar music played as parents and their loved ones entered Live Oak Elementary School’s PIQE (Parent Institute for Quality Education) graduation which was held in the school’s multipurpose room. Forty-five graduates and their respective families filled more than 100 chairs.
A full program to celebrate these parent graduates was beautifully organized by PIQE executive director Carmen Russian. In order for parents to receive a diploma, they committed to attending morning or night sessions once a week for a duration of nine weeks.
