Rainbow MWD approves resolution supporting assistance to FPUD

The Rainbow Municipal Water District’s withdrawal from the North County Joint Powers Authority which also included the Fallbrook Public Utility District ended the employee leasing agreement which was a subsidiary pact of the joint powers agreement. Despite the disagreements which led to Rainbow’s withdrawal from the North County JPA, Rainbow’s board approved a resolution to provide assistance to FPUD if the situation warrants.
