St. John's Thrift Shop assists Ivy High students

FALLBROOK – In the community spirit here in Fallbrook that fosters partnering with local agencies, St. John’s Episcopal Church Thrift Shop approved funds to assist Ivy High students, while still in high school, to attend Palomar College for advanced studies in various curricular areas.

The funds will be used to purchase textbooks to be used in the Palomar College class. These student were selected based on scholastic ability and need.

St. John’s always seeks to assist worthy community endeavors. The thrift shop is located at 1075 S. Mission Rd. Suite G. They are open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. Donations of household goods and clothing are always welcome. They may be reached at (760) 723-9520.
