Naval Weapons Station Fallbrook has reported that the Tomahawk Fire is now 100% contained. After review of the fire territory, it has been determined that the fire burned 5,400 acres, rather than the 5,500 reported earlier.

It has just been reported that the Tomahawk Fire is now at 97% containment.

Officials on Naval Weapons Station Fallbrook said that as of 9 a.m. today, Sunday, May 18, fire personnel are reporting 93 percent containment of the Tomahawk Fire, with mop-up operations continuing.
