Democratic Club meeting to be on peace building

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Democratic Club will hold its next meeting on Thursday, June 5 with guest speaker Debbie Martinez who serves as program officer of WorldLink. Social hour begins at 6 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 6:30. It will be held at the Hilltop Center, 331 East Elder St.

WorldLink is a program at the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice, part of the University of San Diego’s Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies. It is at the nexus of practice, policy, and scholarship in peace building and human rights involving youth from Southern California and Baja Mexico.
