Students enjoy Potter PRIDE time, activities

FALLBROOK – On Friday, May 27, Potter Junior High School held its Positive Behavioral Incentive and Support (PBIS) program finale including an end-of-trimester reward party and Potter PRIDE time. Students who earned Potter PRIDE time were rewarded for their leadership and collaboration in activities.

Through the first two trimesters of the year, Potter Jr. High School, the only comprehensive junior high school in the Fallbrook Union Elementary School District, has experienced a 54 percent decline in suspensions, a 38 percent decline in after-school detentions, a 46 percent decline in lunch detentions, and a 21 percent reduction in the total number of discipline referrals.
