Brunch includes tips on dieting

FALLBROOK – On June 20, Fallbrook Women’s Connection will present a program entitled “Finding the Balance in Nutrition, Weight and Well-being,” presented by Tracy Martinez, RN, BSN and CBN. This program is open to women of all ages in the Fallbrook/Bonsall area.

The Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens will be the venue for this event, which also includes brunch, music and inspirational speaker. This month’s guest speaker is Laura Coronado, magazine editor, wife, mother and proud member of the Red Hat Society. She will tell “How She Found Prince Charming.”

The program is from 10 a.m. to noon, on Friday, June 20 and the cost, including brunch and free childcare is $20. To reserve, call Ginny at (760) 723-3633 or Sheila at (760) 731-7025.
