FALLBROOK – This summer Fallbrook resident Tanner Moffat decided to spend his summer vacation in a third world country doing humanitarian work for the poor. He teamed up with Humanitarian Experience for Youth (H.E.F.Y.) and 18 other youth from around the United States to build school classrooms in Peru.
