San Diego County: Rain, minor flooding possible in low-lying coastal areas

There is a chance of minor flooding in low-lying coastal areas through Monday while a southeasterly air flow bringing tropical moisture which could cause scattered showers and thundershowers in the mountains and adjacent deserts over the next couple of days, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.
