Heyneman to speak to Newcomers Club

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Newcomers Club will kick off the 2014-2015 year on Thursday, Sept. 11 with special guest speaker Jackie Heyneman. Heyneman, a local activist, will give attendees an overview of how Fallbrook has grown and changed over the years.
