Stroke and osteoporosis screenings coming to Fallbrook

FALLBROOK – Residents living in and around the Fallbrook community can be screened to reduce their risk of having a stroke or bone fracture. Zion Lutheran Church will host Life Line Screening on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 1405 East Fallbrook St. This event is being sponsored by San Diego Vascular Center
