Mitchell given CIF life pass

Dale Mitchell, who retired as the Fallbrook Union High School District superintendent at the end of August, was given a CIF life pass at the CIF Board of Managers meeting June 4.

“I appreciate it and I hope to use it,” Mitchell said.
