AGUANGA - On Friday, September 19, 2014, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department Southwest Station, were attempting to locate a missing person in the area of Route 3 and State Highway 79, in the Aguanga area of unincorporated Riverside County. Deputies went to a property in the 44000 block of Sage Road, Aguanga. The missing person was not there; however, they located a large outdoor marijuana grow. Deputies also went to a residence in the 40200 block of State Highway 79 South, Aguanga, where they found the missing person and another marijuana cultivation site. Overall, six people were detained. Members of the Southwest Station's Special Enforcement Team responded to both locations.
On Saturday, September 20, 2014, they authored and served search warrants for both locations. Deputies seized mature marijuana plants, honey oil, and a honey oil lab, along with processed marijuana and methamphetamine.
The following arrests were made as a result of this operation. They were booked into the Southwest Detention Center.
