FPUD board ratifies Brady's emergency paving approval

Fallbrook Public Utility District general manager Brian Brady has the authority to approve transactions for less then $20,000, as do certain FPUD staff members in management positions. Brady also has the authority to declare an emergency. When paving was needed to complete FPUD’s water line replacement project underneath Stage Coach Lane, Brady used his emergency powers to approve a contract with Joe’s Paving for $22,731.
