Man found dead behind restaurant building identified as Donald Lee Hansen

UPDATE (Thurs., October 16): The Medical Examiner's Office has released the identity of the man found deceased Sat., October 11 behind the vacant restaurant building (previously McDonald's) in Fallbrook. He has been identified as Donald Lee Hansen, age 51. Authorities said his town/city of residence is unknown. The cause of death in this case is pending; test results are being awaited.
