FPUD approves GIS software license agreement

When the Fallbrook Public Utility District and the Rainbow Municipal Water District comprised the North County Joint Powers Authority (JPA), the joint powers agency allowed for a single licensing agreement for geographic information system (GIS) software. The March dissolution of the North County JPA created the need for each water district to have its own GIS software licensing agreement.
