FALLBROOK – Rotary Club of Fallbrook members Jim Helms, Tony O’Brien, Dick Goodlake, Curt Stika, Sharon Stika and Victoria Helms recently helped build two homes in the Tijuana area for the needy. The local residents were part of a collective effort under Project Mercy, facilitated by Fallbrook Rotary, Mission Bay Rotary, and the Interact Clubs of Fallbrook and Francis Parker.
The homes were built approximately 10 miles outside of Tijuana on Sept. 27.
