FALLBROOK – The Mahjong Tournament hosted by the Fallbrook Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) recently held at the Veterans of Foreign Wars facility was a success according to chairperson Araxy Moosa.
The event open to all players of mahjong earned funds to help support AAUW’s scholarships given to local girls. Prizes were awarded to players from each table with highest score and a grand prize was awarded to the overall high scorer. The prize of a $50 certificate given by Major Market was presented to June Comforte, a member of Fallbrook Woman’s Club....
