Winners of Fallbrook Scarecrow competition announced

Not only have the judges decided, but the people have made their voices heard – and the winners of the third annual Fallbrook Scarecrow Days’ scarecrow building competition have been announced.

“It was a difficult task for the judges, because there were so many truly fun and amazing scarecrows this year,” said Fallbrook Scarecrow Days founder, Jackie Heyneman.
