Garden club members learn about herbs and cooking

FALLBROOK – The Herb Study Group of the Fallbrook Garden Club welcomed organic chef Sonia Perez, of “Eating off the Vine,” on Nov. 12, as their guest speaker.

Perez has hosted many Farm to Table events, as well as conducting cooking classes. Her travels have made her very knowledgeable in many different cuisines. Chef Perez shared her culinary knowledge of herbs, and demonstrated one of her herbal recipes.
