An update on the rehabilitation of the Fallbrook Public Utility District’s wastewater treatment plant was presented to the FPUD board October 27, and the board also approved an amendment to the design services portion of the contract.
FPUD’s 3-1 board vote, with Archie McPhee opposed and Bert Hayden absent, authorized FPUD general manager Brian Brady to amend FPUD’s contract with Black & Veatch to provide additional design services and permitting assistance. The amendment includes a maximum additional amount of $98,590.
