FALLBROOK – Award-winning floral designer David Root will speak to the Fallbrook Garden Club on “Deck the Halls and the Table Too! at its Dec. 16 meeting.

Root will demonstrate the art of creating spectacular and creative floral arrangements for the holidays, from the traditional to avant-garde.
