A man who allegedly stole a passenger van at gunpoint in Menifee in Riverside County was in custody early today after leading authorities on a vehicle pursuit that ended in San Diego County.
The alleged carjacking occurred in the 2500 block of Crestpeak Court around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, the Riverside Press-Enterprise reported.
The driver of the vehicle was not hurt, said Riverside County sheriff's Deputy Armando Munoz.
