For those who like a special kick of heat in their foods, Sriracha chili sauce can become addictive. This sauce, made from sun-ripened red chilies, along with garlic, distilled vinegar, sugar, and salt, is enjoying tremendous popularity in the Fallbrook population, evidenced by the increasing number of bottles of the condiment at local eateries.
