Brandon to hold first Plein Air juried competition, exhibition in March

FALLBROOK - Brandon Gallery has issued a call for entries for its first Plein Air juried competition and exhibition, which will run from March 3 to 28, 2015.

Noreen Ring, Brandon’s chair for the event, announced that Lisa Mozzini-McDill, an accomplished plein air artist and graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelor of arts degree in fine art, is juror for the event.

Ring said emphasis is on art media developed and completed outdoors and that, “No more than ten percent of any submitted piece can be completed away from the inspiration site.”
