Effort to end veteran and chronic homelessness kicked off today in North County

NORTH COUNTY - 25 Cities San Diego, Setting a Path to ZERO – the local arm of a federal initiative and national campaign dovetailing efforts to end veteran and chronic homelessness – today (Jan. 14) announced the rollout of the initiative to North County.
