Senior Challenge Cribbage begins new season

FALLBROOK – The next match in the Senior Challenge Cribbage series will be at 12:15 p.m. on Jan. 22 at the Vista Elks Lodge, 1947 E. Vista Way. Lunch begins at 11 a.m.

The Oceanside Senior Center Cribbage team won the November Senior Challenge match that had a record 54 players. Oceanside had 103 wins to the Fallbrook team’s 86 wins.

The top three players each had six wins with a skunk. Oceanside’s Pat Kreutzkamp took first place because she had the biggest winning margin. Mike Duffy, playing for Fallbrook, was second and Oceanside’s DeForest Mayo took third.
