Issa's report clarified

The House Intelligence Committee released its bipartisan report on the Benghazi assault recently. Congressman Issa released a report from the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee exclusively authored by him on the alleged discrimination against conservative groups asking for tax-exempt determination by the IRS.
